Ecminitx.com Product Return Policy and Warranty

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All merchandise returned to ecminitx must have return authorization and an active Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected and cannot be processed. Please apply for an RMA number for all returns: Warranty Support Page.

Only Defective Product can be returned and only for Products purchased from Ecminitx.com that are inoperable at the time they are received by Buyer (“DOA Products”) or that do not function in accordance with the specifications published by the manufacturer or publisher.

1-Year Hardware Warranty
All orders that require configuration or assembly of Products to meet customer specifications and systems include 1-year limited warranty.
Damages due to abuse, misuse and customer-induced damages will void warranty. Warranty servicing includes diagnostics and service work (repair, replacement and substituion as required).

Manufacturer Warranties
Most computer hardware components (e.g., motherboards, memory, drives, etc) include manufacturer warranties. We can assist you managing manufacturer warranties for components that include manufacturer warranties. A complete listing of manufacturers and publishers that offer direct RMA processing service to customers is posted online at www.ecminitx.com/Support service.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund within 14-days of the invoice date. . Shipping fees will not be refunded. Returned merchandise must be received in the same original condition with all original accessories and components. Returned merchandise may be subject to 15% restocking fees and damaged merchandise will not be accepted.

Software Returns
Software, including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Any request for issuance of an RMA must be made within the time periods specified herein for the specific categories of returns. Requests received after the expiration of such time periods will be rejected and Buyer may be referred to the manufacturer or publisher of the applicable Product to determine if the manufacturer or publisher offers direct RMA processing service.
